Parents of Young Children (PYC) is a playgroup/coffee hour that meets every Tuesday morning (resuming in October) in the Church Nursery (Undercroft II) from 9:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m., and intermittently during the summer on the Christ & Holy Trinity playground. The group welcomes parents, grandparents and caregivers with children ages 0-4. PYC provides an opportunity for young children and their families to meet, play, garner peer support and resources for parenting, and form lasting friendships for parents and children. The group sponsors the annual Easter Egg Hunt, supports in the annual Christmas Cookie Exchange and Gifts of the Magi activities. For purely social purposes, PYC also celebrates Halloween with a costume party, Valentine's Day and Mother's/ Father's Day Teas.  The group is chaired by Lavinia Southam at 571-8883 or lavinia_gammon@hotmail.com.
